Worksheet
Rhyme and Seek: Halloween
Hunt for Halloween rhymes in this worksheet for first and second graders! In each row, students are given a target word: hat, bag, treat, house, and ghost. Learners must find the words in each row that rhyme, then color in the shape.
This worksheet will help early readers identify rhyming words by listening to the ending sound of a word. This skill will strengthen phonological awareness, encouraging students to break apart longer or unfamiliar words into individual sounds to determine their pronunciation or spelling.
