Represent linear functions in slope-intercept form with this algebra worksheet! In each of six problems, students must find the slope and y-intercept of the line. Then, learners are asked to write an equation that represents the line in slope-intercept form, y = mx + b. 

Created for eighth-grade learners, this worksheet allows students to practice writing linear equations with fractional, negative, and integer slopes. A strong understanding of slope-intercept form will support students as they progress to solving linear functions and graphing systems of equations.
