Help your learner develop her fine motor and communication skills with this fun and festive fall activity.

In this activity, your child will use mindfulness to practice staying as still as they can. Then, during a freeze dance activity, they will pay attention to the constellation of sensations and feelings throughout parts of their bodies.

In this activity, your child will use two powerful questions to investigate a thought and the truth behind it. They will write and perform a skit using mindfulness and these important questions.
