Live in The Moment With Mindful Walking
Mindful walking is a great way to reconnect our minds with our bodies and get into the present. Being present is essential for learning. Oftentimes our bodies can be in the classroom but our minds somewhere else, like still at recess or lunch. Through mindful walking, we can grow our awareness of the body through movement, increase calmness and a sense of peace, and if we are outdoors, connect with all of nature's beauty.
