Cultivating resilience is one of the most important ways we can overcome challenges and reach our goals. In this activity, children will explore the concept of resilience and then create a video to explain and teach resilience to others.

Children will reflect on the importance of diversity and brainstorm ways to support people in their community who may feel alone, researching local organizations that strive to help those people.
