Folded Shirt Card

What You Do:

1. Have your child fold the construction paper in half, so that the top of the paper touches the bottom of the paper.
2. Help her draw half a shirt shape where the paper is folded. The neck of the shirt should run along the fold.
3. Let her use scissors to cut out the shirt shape. Make sure she keeps the paper folded as she cuts.
4. Show your child to how to fold and unfold the shirt card she has created.
5. Have her decorate her shirt using markers. She can write slogans like "#1", "Rockstar", "Best Friend" or "World's Best Mom!" Encourage her creativity and imagination!
6. To add a little sparkle, let her draw designs with glue and add glitter to them.
