Nature is so generous to us all. How often do we reflect and thank nature? In this activity, children will engage with the classic story, The Giving Tree, and actively practice gratitude in nature for trees and all that trees do for us!

Children will deepen their understanding of global citizenship and create a collage that illustrates all of the ways many communities are connected.

Your child will reflect on the term "beauty" and the things they are grateful for. They will read the book All the World by Liz Garton Scanlon and reflect on how focusing on the small and big things of beauty around them can benefit themselves and others.
