Tea Cards

What You Do:

1. Fold the white paper in half.
2. Draw a teacup on the card, making sure that the bottom of the teacup runs along the bottom of the paper and that the handle is part of the fold.
3. Cut out the paper teacup. When you're done, you should have a teacup-shaped card that opens along the handle.
4. Decorate the front of the teacup with colored tissue paper. Get creative with different designs and patterns you think your friend might enjoy.
5. Spread glue on the inside of the card. While it is wet, sprinkle loose leaf tea leaves onto the glue. Set the card aside to dry.
6. Gently shake out the excess tea leaves from the card.
7. Use a marker to write your friend's fortune (or a good wish!) above the tea leaves.
