In this lesson, students will discuss "interconnections," practice mindful eating and gratitude for the food we eat, and put together poems that illustrate interconnections and gratitude.

Mindful Eating: Remembering Our Interconnections

In this lesson, students will learn how to be a good friend. The class will generate guidelines on friendship and create a friendship collage.
